myJobshop unavailable 29/03 - 06/04

Dear all,

 

Please be aware of a planned period of shutdown on the myJobshop system.

 

You will be unable to log-in to your myJobshop account to accept job offers and submit/view timesheets between Monday 29 March - Tuesday 6 April 2021 (inclusive).

 

You will still be paid on 31st March 2021 for any myJobshop timesheets authorised between 16th February - 15th March 2021.

 

The timesheet authorisation deadline for April will be the 20th of April (instead of the 15th), so that you have sufficient time after the system reopens on 7th April to submit timesheets as needed for April pay day. After April, the timesheet authorisation deadline will revert back to the 15th.

 

What do I need to do before the system shuts down?:

If you have any outstanding Booking Offers / actions on your myJobshop account, please complete these before the system shuts down on 29th March.
