Change to minimum hourly rate (from 1 Nov 2021)

We are pleased to advise that all casual workers will receive a minimum of £10 per hour for any work they undertake for a University Department on or after 1 November 2021.

Please note that if you work for the Students' Union, they are a separate employer. The minimum of £10 per hour is applicable to any casual work you undertake for the University of Sheffield.

31st May Bank Holiday - Jobshop Closed

Please note that the Jobshop will be closed Monday 31st of May due to the bank holiday and queries will not be answered during this time. The Jobshop will reopen on Tuesday 1st June.

As Monday is the bank holiday, pay day is today (Friday 28th May.)
