About The Role

Turnaround Crew - PV 30.09.25 - 31.12.25

Working alongside the Operations Supervisor and Facilities Assistants, you will play a key role in the delivery of support operations for a wide variety of events across our three principal venues.

This is a busy, active, and physically demanding role, supporting a full schedule of events.

Main Duties:

  • Construction/deconstruction of a modular staging system, including installation of steps, handrails, risers and crowd barriers.
  • Laying of performance flooring
  • Assisting technical staff with the set-up and pack down of Audio-Visual equipment.
  • Setting up of tables, benches, platform seating and arrangement of loose floor seating
  • Setup and arrangement of masking, drapery and exhibition boards.

Skills and Experience:

  • Willingness to work unsociable hours while being punctual and reliable.
  • Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be supportive of colleagues.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to complete event set ups safely and to a high standard.
  • Have a good understanding of health and safety and able to identify potential hazards and risks.

 

Hours: There are no guaranteed hours or set shift pattern. Shifts are usually from 6am until 11am on weekdays and weekends. 

Duration: 30.09.25 - 31.12.25
Pay Rate: £13.64 per hour + holiday pay entitlement
